Six (6) Criterion:
1) When seeking a fatwah
2) To describe an individual (i.e. Brother with disability)
3) To issue a warning of a person with bad character or habits
4) Complaining of Oppression
5) Warning against those people who openly do acts of disobedience and bidah
6) When seeking assistance in changing evil.
